Paysign, Inc.

Since 2001, Paysign has been a leading provider of prepaid card programs, digital banking services, and integrated payment processing designed for businesses, consumers, and government. As the senior visual designer, I lead the creative direction and produce artwork in three key areas: branding, marketing, and product UX/UI.

Below is a gallery of selected work.

Logo Refinement

Paysign renamed their company from 3PEA Technologies, adopting a new brand identity that posited them as an innovative and nimble payments platform provider for plasma, pharmaceutical, government, and general business. The initial brand guidelines were developed by a third-party agency.

However, upon my arrival in 2021, I saw there was a lot of work to be done to the brand system. Firstly, I noticed the logo made by the agency was wrought with anchor point inconsistencies. I fixed the “connect” brand mark to have smooth bezier curves and minimal anchor points, as well as added weight to address the imbalance,

The Brand

Paysign’s branding relies on simple but streamlined graphic motifs such as orbits, circles, and arrows that complement the company’s holistic approach. The bright color palette in conjunction with our primary navy blue aids in making the products look smart but still friendly and easy to use.

I designed the motion of the logo stinger with these principles in mind.

Interactive Brand Manual

In order to enforce brand standards across all of Paysign marketing and product material, I created an interactive brand manual in Adobe XD that’s easily accessible to all designers and employees. It also serves as a library of collateral we can easily reference for future projects.

Event Design

I’ve designed event booths for the company and created a few 3D prototypes in Adobe Dimension so we can strategize everything from interactive touchpoints to furniture placement.

Vector Illustration

Visually portraying complex concepts is not always easy and so illustration is necessary to capture these ideas. I created a couple of different illustration styles that varies by program.

Promotional Videos

For a recent pharmaceutical industry event campaign, my team and I created the graphic assets and motion design for a few promotional videos.
